SHIPPING

You can be assured that once you place your order, I will do everything it takes (within reason, of course) to make sure you receive it as fast as possible! 

• Please allow 11-14 days for processing. Extended turnaround times may occur for larger orders and/or custom orders.

• If you need to meet a specific date, please contact me first and we can arrange something prior to you placing your order.

• Local pick up

• I offer porch pick up from my home in Wilsonville, OR for local customers. Please choose this option at checkout instead of entering a shipping address.

• You will receive an email to schedule a pick up when your order is ready. Be sure to add craftygirlontheloose@gmail.com to your contacts list to help prevent this email from going to your spam folder.

• Shipping is currently only available in the United States. Most orders ship out via USPS.

• Crafty Girl on the Loose, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, damage or loss once orders have shipped.

• If a package is returned to me due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, I will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of my items, each item may vary slightly in color or size. Each sheet of wood is unique as are natural wood cutting boards. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.
